Complex aroma, predominating ripe wild fruit and pine needles. Good mouth structure, with fruits of the forest. Elegant and long finish.
The Touriga Nacional, full and voluminous with the sweet and structured Tinta Roriz and the Jaen with complex aromas, grow on slopes between 350 and 400 meters in altitude. The vineyard is conducted within an integrated protection program, and the application of herbicides is prohibited. The control of weeds is carried out with soil mobilization. The harvest is manual, grape by grape, when they reach the optimum point of maturation, between the 2nd half of September and the 1st of October. Harvesting is done in small boxes of 10 kg.

These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel vats for 20 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and is then aged for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity.
