Hugo Chaves was born in Viseu in 1972 and studied Oenology at the Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro University. Since 1997 he participated in the foundation of the Quinta de Lemos with great dedication.
With his warm personality and creative mind, he represents a great oenologist with a preference for intense, full-bodied and palatable wines.
Cátia Correia was born in 1987 in Vale de Cambra.
She graduated in the Escola Superior Agrária de Viseu as Agronomical Engineer. Cátia was almost immediately hired at Quinta de Lemos to insert orchards, beehives and vegetable gardens into the estate.
She was trained as a master of Olive Oil and since 2014 started to develop the olive orchard at Quinta de Lemos.
